Drone Repair & Fleet Support Services
At Noble Drone Services, we believe in up‑front pricing, honest communication, and practical repair solutions. Drone technology changes fast, and parts availability changes even faster but we’re here to navigate that complexity so you don’t have to.
Our Repair Process
We keep things simple, transparent, and predictable:
Intake Evaluation
Once your drone arrives, our technicians complete a full inspection and diagnostic assessment.
Up‑Front Quote
We develop a detailed repair estimate and send it to you for review—no surprises, no hidden fees.
Repair & Parts Sourcing
After you approve the estimate, we order any required parts and complete the repair following our standardized process.
We always communicate clearly about what’s possible, what’s not, and what options exist when parts are discontinued or proprietary.
What We Repair
We provide cost‑effective repair solutions for most prosumer and enterprise drones, including:
-
Arm, motor, and plastic replacements
-
Axis and structural repairs
-
Select sensor replacements
-
IMU and compass calibration
-
Firmware flashing
-
Some gimbal repairs (with limitations)
A Note on Gimbals
Gimbals are extremely precise systems with tight tolerances and proprietary software. After a crash, even slight resistance in the motors can trigger errors that only appear after repairs are attempted.
Because of this, our gimbal repair success rate is around 50%, and we always set expectations clearly before beginning work. In some cases, full gimbal replacement may be possible, but it is not guaranteed.
Parts Transparency
Parts Transparency
We track every part used in every repair.
You will always know whether a part is:
-
New OEM (our first choice whenever available)
-
Remanufactured
-
Used
-
Third‑party
Unfortunately, due to the rapidly changing drone industry, OEM parts especially for enterprise aircraft are becoming harder to source. We work continuously to expand our sourcing network to keep your fleet operational.
Fleet Support
Crashes happen. Wear happens. Firmware issues happen. Our job is to keep your fleet flying.
We offer ongoing support for organizations that rely on drones for daily operations, including:
-
Dedicated Technicians for a Fast turnaround on common repairs
-
Regular Scheduled Maintenance and calibration services
-
Honest guidance when a repair isn’t cost‑effective
-
Documented and detailed reports to keep you informed in compliance and keep your liability at a minimum
We fight the parts‑availability battle so you don’t have to.
Evaluation Fee
We charge a $75 evaluation fee, which is waived if you approve the repair.
If you decide not to move forward at any point, the fee simply covers the time spent diagnosing your aircraft.
In some cases, if a drone is deemed unrepairable, we may offer to purchase it for parts to help support repairs for other customers always with full transparency.
Labor Costs (2026 Pricing)
Base Technician Rate: $90/hour
Typical Labor Ranges:
-
Mini drones (250g or less): $180–$250
-
Prosumer drones: $200–$375
